● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working 
day. 
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details. 
2. Shipping Time 
Estimated delivery timelines: 
● Metro Cities: 3–5 business days 
● Other Cities and Towns: 5–8 business days 
● Remote Locations: 7–10 business days 
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances. 
3. Shipping Charges 
● Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. 
● Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values. 
4. Delivery Partners 
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. 
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries 
Jivi is not responsible for delays caused by: 
● Natural disasters 
● Weather conditions 
● Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer 
● Courier service disruptions 
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping. 
6. Order Tracking 
Customers can track their orders using the tracking link shared after dispatch. 
7. Damaged Packages 
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with 
photos/videos for assistance.
