Refund policy

At Jivi, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. 
1. Return Eligibility 
Products may be eligible for return if: 
● The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect 
● Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery 
● Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact 
2. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return: 
● Products purchased during clearance or special sale 
● Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer 
● Gift cards or promotional items 
3. Return Process 
To request a return: 
1. Contact our support team with your order details. 
2. Share clear images/videos of the product if applicable. 
3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. 
4. Refund Process 
● Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection. 
● Refunds are processed to the original payment method. 
● Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment 
provider. 
5. Exchange Policy 
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. 
6. Cancellation Policy 
● Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. 
● Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. 
7. Damaged or Wrong Product 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
